ABOUT US
Hi, I'm Stephen Boudreaux
Stephen grew up in South Louisiana in New Iberia, where he attended Catholic High School and spent much of his childhood reading, exploring different hobbies, and admittedly not being the best at sports. At fifteen he discovered the gym, and for the first time he understood discipline, responsibility, and what it meant to work consistently toward a goal. That spark shaped the way he approached every challenge that followed.
In his late teens, Stephen realized he wanted to become a paramedic. Since paramedic school had its own path, he didn’t feel the need to follow a traditional college route. He completed EMT school while still living in New Iberia and at twenty-two earned his EMT-Basic certification with Acadian Ambulance in New Orleans. From then on, his life revolved around two things: lifting weights and learning how to become a great medic. In 2018 he moved to Houston to begin paramedic school, working with Cypress Creek EMS and part-time at Total Nutrition, where he discovered a natural talent for sales. Months later, COVID-19 became a global crisis, and Stephen found himself working on an ambulance during a once-in-a-lifetime pandemic. Paramedic school was postponed, and he moved back to Louisiana to serve with Baton Rouge EMS.
After the pandemic, Stephen felt drawn back to the sales world. He returned to Texas to run a nutrition store, eventually transitioning into selling new-construction homes, where he realized how much he enjoyed real estate—the people, the process, and the impact. That passion led him to earn his real estate license, and today Stephen brings his discipline, service-first mindset, and commitment to excellence to the Epique team.
